                                | Tapping Out: when a player has put all his money into the 
                                    pot and can no longer bet, this is called a Tap Out. The player 
                                    is permitted to keep playing taking the amount bet out of the pot

                                    the chips go to them. If the pot is split the chip in front of 
                                    the player is given to the other split player(s) and the rest of 
                                    the pot is split appropriately. If the player losses the pot he 
                                    goes onto pay ledger for the amount owned and to whom the amount
